We have added this secure payment facility for those Label customers who wish to send their credit card details via our secure website - please add the quantity of labels you require to the cart. The shopping cart does not add postage and packing so please note this charge will be additional.
You have three ways to send Label orders to us.
1. Click Order form plus Template sheet to print off PDF documents. Fill in your details and post back to us.
2. Fill in the form and fax to us.
3. Type details into a Word document or Excel spreadsheet then email to us. Please view the Lifetime Label information re the label format etc. prior to typing out your list. i.e. 25 characters per line and three lines per label in total.
Please note the postage will be different to that indicated on the order form for our Overseas Customers. |
